Of Beards and Bases…

Progress! Four new beards and four new bases!

Three are the traditional stack type – they look like tubes with lots of stripes. The other I tried something new. I took a big glob of GS, shaped it roughly like a big billowy beard that was tied loosly at the tip. I then drew my sharpest tool through it from top to bottom in strokes. Lastly, I capped it with a knot. It’ll get a nice sharp bit or mini axe head as a capper once it dries.
